Med-Travel Albania provides a mobile-optimised web application designed to assist medical tourists recovering from dental and cosmetic procedures in Albania.
The App is an informational and convenience tool only. It is not a medical device and does not constitute medical advice. Nothing in the App should be interpreted as a diagnosis, treatment recommendation or substitute for professional medical guidance. Always consult your treating surgeon or a qualified healthcare professional for any medical decisions. In case of a medical emergency, call local emergency services immediately (Albania: 127 for ambulance).
The core features of the App are provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free features with reasonable notice.
Local businesses may pay to be listed in the Premium city guide. Listed businesses pay a monthly fee and their listing constitutes paid advertising. We endeavour to list only businesses appropriate for recovering patients but make no warranty about their quality or suitability.
You agree not to misuse the App for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the App, use the AI concierge for any purpose other than personal recovery support, or share your Premium access with others.
All content, design and code in the App is owned by or licensed to Med-Travel Albania. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Med-Travel Albania shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Premium access (if any).
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
